Q. What does the program cost?

A. The 30 days of beauty coaching is a free service we provide to owners of the Ezzi-Lift product. There is no charge or additional obligation; we simply want you to get the best results!

Q. Is the coaching absolutely necessary?

A. It isn't required at all. The device is very easy and intuitive to use – and the user's manual is excellent. But we find many people respond very positively to the tips, encouragement, and reminders found in this "30 days" beauty coaching program. It is an optional "value added" service we provide in the hopes of helping Ezzi-Lift owners get the most from their product.

Q. Does it take 30 days to see results?

A. Typically the results are much faster than 30 days; in fact, some users see immediate benefits after their first treatment. However, we find the best results are produced with regular use during a focused 30 day time period. In a way, the program is very much like fitness, and the body responds to regular use of the product. We guide you through getting the best results.

Q. What is included in this 30 day program?

A. Emails about every other day. They provide tips on using the Ezzi-Lift microcurrent facelift product, reminders about actions to take, other beauty suggestions, and guidelines on taking "before and after" pictures as well as doing your own video diary. We also have a Facebook page where you can post questions to product experts and other users of the Ezzi-Lift product.

Q. Do I have to make a video diary?

A. No, but we suggest you consider it. Since we are seeking a visual result over the course of time, we suggest the video diary approach, and find it improves results. And while it is not a requirement of the program, we will show you how to do it. Plus, it is a lot of fun. Documenting your progress is very interesting. And the video diary creates a benefit very similar to "journaling." We also find people are significantly more committed to the program overall if they are documenting progress in a video diary.

Q. You have some video diaries in the "results" portion of this website. Do I have to share mine?

A. Absolutely not. In the program, we explain an option we give participants to share their video diaries (and the rewards we give them for doing so), but this is strictly optional. It's totally up to you! But even if you are not going to show it to anyone, we find people are more committed to the program if they do the video diary portion. But there are many other elements to the coaching program besides the video diary.

Q. Do you provide any support beyond 30 days?

A. Great question. First, you can access the Facebook page any time. Additionally, we do provide an option to sign up for an additional 70 days (for a total of 100 days) coaching during the initial program. It is also free. And is similar in the way it is delivered. It just provides an option for Ezzi-Lift users who like the reminder aspect. We find users who select to participate in this extended coaching not only see the immediate benefits (that we help you achieve in the 30 days), but also develop good "maintenance" habits. But again, this is completely optional.

Q. Is my information private?

A. Yes, we only use the information you provide to communicate with you directly and provide this coaching service. We do not share or sell this information with any third parties.

Q. What if I want to stop getting emails?

A. We always respect your email privacy. Every email in the coaching program includes a simple "one click" link at the bottom to remove you from that list. We only want to send you these emails if you want to receive them.
